Intercooler Hose / Turbo Pipe Replacement

Intercooler hoses connect the turbocharger, the intercooler, and the intake manifold. They operate under high boost pressure. Over time, the rubber or plastic can crack, delaminate due to oil exposure, or wear through, leading to a boost leak.

Signs of failure:

• Sudden loss of engine power ("limp mode" or sluggish acceleration).

• Hissing or whooshing sounds from under the hood during acceleration.

• Excessive black smoke from the exhaust (due to a rich fuel mixture/lack of air).

• Oil residue on the hose or around the connections.

• "Check Engine" light or boost pressure related error codes.
