Swirl Flaps Software & Physical Delete
Swirl flaps are designed to control the airflow at low engine speeds. Over time, the mechanism gets clogged with carbon buildup, causing the flaps to stick or, in the worst-case scenario, snap off and get sucked into the engine, causing catastrophic damage.
Signs of failure:

Oil leaking from the flap spindles onto the engine block.

"Check Engine" light and limp mode due to actuator failure.

Loss of torque and unusual noises from the intake manifold.

Rough running, especially when the engine is cold.
What is included in the service:

Removal: Taking off the intake manifold for inspection.

Physical Delete: Removing the flaps and spindles, followed by installing high-quality blanking plugs.

Cleaning: Degreasing and cleaning the intake manifold from carbon deposits.

Software Delete: Reprogramming the ECU to disable the swirl flap monitoring and control logic.
