Solenoid Valve Cleaning (VVT / Control Valve)
The electromagnetic solenoid valve controls the flow of oil or vacuum to manage critical engine functions. Over time, the valve's narrow ports and mesh filter become clogged with oil sludge and varnish, causing the valve to stick or react slowly.
Signs of failure:

Rough idling and loss of power at low or high RPMs.

Decreased fuel efficiency.

Rattling or clicking noise from the cylinder head area upon startup.

"Check Engine" codes related to variable valve timing (e.g., P0011, P0016) or turbo boost.
What is included in the service:

Removal of the solenoid valve.

Testing the electrical resistance of the solenoid.

Cleaning the valve body and micro-filter using specialized chemical solvents to dissolve varnish.

Ultrasonic cleaning (for heavy buildup) to restore full plunger movement.

Bench testing the valve’s operation under voltage.

Reinstallation with a new O-ring/seal to prevent oil leaks.
