AdBlue (SCR) Software Delete
The AdBlue system injects urea into the exhaust to reduce emissions. However, when a NOx sensor, pump, or heater fails, the vehicle triggers a mileage countdown. Once it hits zero, the engine will not restart.
Signs of failure:
-
Dashboard message: "No start in 1000/500/0 km".
-
Fault codes for NOx sensors or low SCR efficiency.
-
Failed AdBlue pump or tank heater.
-
"Check Engine" light and engine limp mode.
What is included in the service:
-
Diagnostics: Scanning for error codes and verifying system status.
-
Software Removal: Reprogramming the ECU to completely bypass the AdBlue logic. The vehicle will no longer require fluid, and the restart lock is permanently removed.
-
Physical Disconnection: Unplugging the AdBlue control module (required on certain models).
-
Testing: A final system scan to ensure no remaining faults and that full engine power is restored.
