Starter and Alternator Repair & Overhaul
The starter and alternator are essential electromechanical components. While one starts the engine, the other powers the entire electrical system and charges the battery while driving. We perform full teardowns and replace only the faulty components.
Signs of failure:

Alternator: Battery warning light is on, dim headlights, whining noises from the engine bay, or improper charging voltage.

Starter: The car struggles to start, makes grinding or clicking sounds, or the starter stays engaged after the engine fires up.
What is included in the service:

Bench Testing: Testing the unit under load to identify internal faults.

Disassembly & Cleaning: Removing carbon dust, oxidation, and old grease.

Component Replacement: Replacing brushes, bearings, voltage regulators, or diode packs (for alternators); and drive gears (bendix) or solenoids (for starters).

Preventive Care: Commutator resurfacing and checking windings for short circuits.
