1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This document constitutes an official offer (Public Offer) by the auto service center "CarService" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor") to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") who accepts this offer under the terms and conditions set forth below. 1.2. Acceptance of this Offer is confirmed by the Customer performing any of the following actions:

Submitting a request via the website carservice.bar;
Booking a service via the phone number provided on the website;
Handing over the vehicle to the Contractor for the performance of work.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Contractor agrees to provide maintenance and repair services for the motor vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the "Work") as instructed by the Customer, and the Customer agrees to accept and pay for said Work. 2.2. The full list of services, their cost, and deadlines are specified in the Work Order, which is drawn up upon receipt of the vehicle.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

3.1. The Contractor shall:

Provide services with high quality and within the agreed timeframes.
Inform the Customer of any additional faults discovered during the repair process.
Use functional equipment and high-quality consumables.

3.2. The Customer shall:

Provide accurate information regarding the vehicle's condition and identified malfunctions.
Timely pay for the performed work and replacement parts.
Collect the vehicle within 24 hours after being notified of the completion of work (otherwise, a storage fee may apply).

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. Service prices are listed in the price list on the website or communicated by the service advisor before the start of work. 4.2. Payment is made in cash or by bank transfer at the time of vehicle collection, unless otherwise agreed in the Work Order (e.g., an advance payment for the purchase of parts).

5. WARRANTY

5.1. The Contractor provides a warranty for the performed work for a period of [enter period, e.g., 6 months] or [enter mileage, e.g., 10,000 km], whichever comes first. 5.2. The warranty does not cover consumables and parts provided by the Customer.

6. LIABILITY

7.1. By submitting a request on the carservice.bar website, the Customer consents to the processing of their personal data (name, phone number) solely for the purpose of service booking and status updates.
